Winnie Clausel (3-1-15) service 3-6-15

Winnie Modene Clausel was born in Savannah on May 1, 1929, the daughter of the late Olin and Lella Howard Haynes.
On Feb. 21, 1959, she was united in marriage to J.A. Clausel, who survives.
Mrs. Clausel was a machine operator at Savannah Manufacturing Company. She also worked at Dillon Manufacturing.  Mrs. Clausel enjoyed painting, shopping, flowers and she loved her family and spending time with them.
Mrs. Clausel departed this life on Sunday, March 1, in Corinth, Mississippi, at the age of 85 years and 10 months.
In addition to her husband J.A. of 56 years, she is survived by her son, Larry Williams and his wife Kim of Savannah; daughter-in-law, Robin Williams of Savannah; eight grandchildren, Ashley Williams, Jenny Lind Iturbe and her husband Jeremy, Trae Dickson, Jeff Williams, Michael Williams, Chris Williams, Blake Williams and Casey Williams; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Gilbert Williams, Jr.; three brothers, D.C., Vernon and Elvin Haynes; and one sister, Earlene Haynes Williams.
Services were held Saturday, March 6, at 3 p.m., in the Shackelford Chapel with Allen Guyer officiating. Burial followed at Memory Gardens.
