William Moore (7-6-15) service 7-26-15

William Moore, 84, of Pickwick, died July 6, at Magnolia Regional Health Center.
He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He was united in marriage to Barbara Ann Moore, who preceded him in death.
His first job from Mifflin High School was as teller at Ohio National Bank (OSU university office).  Then a career with the home office of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company as a fire underwriter.  Served in the U.S. Marine Corps Oct. 30, 1951 to Oct. 30, 1953, stationed at El Toro Marine Air Base, Tustin, Calif. working in the Operations Squad Office. Returned to Nationwide Insurance after service. Transferred to Memphis in 1964.  Retired March 1993, then moved to Pickwick Lake in December 1998.
 He is survived by three children, Jeff, Larry, Sharon; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday July 26, at 3 p.m., at Pickwick United Methodist Church. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until service time.
