Tommy Ferrell (11-3-12) service 11-7-12

Thomas Marshall "Tommy" Ferrell, 79, of Dresden, Tenn., died Saturday, Nov. 3, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Nashville.

He was born in Palmersville, Tenn., son of the late Almus and Estelle Perry Ferrell. He was united in marriage to Pamela Jill White, who survives.

Mr. Ferrell was an insurance manager for Woodmen of the World and was Baptist by faith.

Services were held Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel, Dresden, Tenn., with Terry Griffin officiating. Burial followed at Sunset Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Pamela Ferrell of Murfreesboro; two daughters, Debra Parker of Millington, Tenn., and Tina Croom of Cordova, Tenn.; two sons, Mike Ferrell of Murfreesboro and Joseph Baker of Nashville; one sister, Jean Redmon of Martin, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Beauton Alexander; and a brother, W.D. Ferrell.
