Tommy Jack “T.C.” Cossey, 64, of Savannah, departed this life Saturday, Jan. 4. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Hartie and Ellawee Western Cossey.
He was a United States Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War, and was a member of the American Legion.
He worked in construction.
Tommy Jack is survived by his daughters, Angela Kay Cossey Payne of Savannah and Sherrie Leah Cossey McGill of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; four grandchildren; a sister, Patsy Benson of Waterloo, Ala., and a brother, Jimmy Ray Cossey of Savannah.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth Garth Glover; and brothers, Charles Cossey, Waymon Cossey and Bobby Cossey.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 18, at 1 p.m. at Ward’s Apostolic Church in Savannah with Keith Smith officiating.
