Shelia Kay Phillips Turnbow, 60, died Saturday, Dec. 28 in Savannah. She was born in Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of the late Gene and Earlene Shepard Phillips. She was united in marriage to Sammy K. Turnbow, who survives.
Shelia attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Savannah.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Tracie Quinn of Parsons; 3 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Dianah Holcombe of Waterloo, Ala., Carolyn White of Savannah, Teresa Baker of Pocahontas, Ark., and Barbara Cameron of La Vergne, Tenn.
Services were held on Dec. 28 in Savannah with Jason Estes officiating. Burial followed at Bethlehem Cemetery in Crump.
