Robert Harris (8-2-13) service 8-5-13

Robert “Clevie” Harris, 52, of Olive Hill, died on Friday, Aug. 2, at his residence. 

He was born in Hardin County, the son of Betty Jones Harris and the late Claude “Bud” Harris. He was united in marriage to Frankie Pipes, who survives.

Mr. Harris worked for Frazier Roofing and E and R Construction.

Services were held on Monday, Aug. 5, at 11 a.m. at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Casey Jones officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Hardin County.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Leslie Cossey and Brandon Harris both of Savannah; two step children, Granville “Bo” and Stephen Frazier, both of Olive Hill; six step grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Brumley of Savannah, and Mary Ann Lowe of Memphis, Tenn.; and three brothers, Ronald Harris of Guys, Tenn., Donald and Stephen Harris, both of Savannah.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by one sister, Melinda DeShazier and his grandparents, Robert and Donie Jones, Lucy and Claude Harris Sr.
