Robert “Bob” Bailey (1-11-18) service 1-19-18

Robert Earl “Bob” Bailey, 72, of Crump, died on Thursday, Jan. 11.
He was born in Crump, the son of the late Collins C. and Candace McGarity Bailey. He was united in marriage to Paulette Stanford, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Bailey was a pipe fitter by trade and worked for Grinell Sprinkler Fitters, and was a member of the Pipe Fitters Union Local 669 for more than 50 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbra Owen of Morris Chapel; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Clarence C. Bailey, Kent Bailey and John Bailey.

Services were held on Friday, Jan. 19, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Adamsville with Gene Hanna officiating. Burial followed in Milledgeville Cemetery.
