Rickey Anglin (8-8-21) service 8-11-21

Rickey Dean Anglin, 67, of Adamsville, died on Sunday, Aug. 8, in Selmer.

He was born in Shelby County, Tennessee, the son of Shirley Anne Slate Moore and the late Travis Maynard Anglin.He was united in marriage to Kathy Diane Clark Anglin, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Anglin served his county in the United States Army. He was self-employed doing maintenance work.

He is survived by his sons, Rickey Anglin Jr. of Adamsville, John Henry Duran of Arlington, Tennessee, and Charles Dean Anglin of Memphis; brother, Richard Anglin of Adamsville; mother, Shirley Moore of Crump; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to his father and wife, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, L.D. Moore; brother, Travis Anglin Jr.; and sisters, Shirley Rose Anglin and Debbie Anglin.

Services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Adamsville First Baptist Church in Adamsville with Danny Keymon officiating. Burial followed in Old Union Cemetery at Adamsville.
