Paul A. Christenson Jr., 82, of Branford, Fla., died Monday, May 12, in Savannah. He was born in Hobe Sound, Fla., the son of the late Paul Alfred Christenson Sr. and Ruby Inez Johnson Christenson. He was united in marriage to Jacqueline Hall, who survives.

Mr. Christenson served his country for 23 years in the United States Air Force where he served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Lake City, Fla.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David Allan Christenson of Adamsville, Regina Miles of Tampa, Fla., Noriko Christenson of St. Petersburg, Fla., James K. Christenson of Australia, Bill Kaiser of Illinois, Barbara K. Doty of Branford, Fla., Bonnie Jo Fleury of Melbourne, Fla. and Karen Adams of Clinton, Miss.; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Wind, Nancy Christenson and Lily Seroki.

Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 24, at 4 p.m. at St. James Episcopal Church in Lake City, Fla., with burial at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Fla.
