Patricia Franks Patricia Franks, 75, of Louisville, Ky., died Sunday, July 24. Among her survivors, she is survived by her husband, Otis Franks, originally of Savannah. Services were held Thursday, July 28, at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by entombment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
