Michael Shelby Michael Anthony Wayne "Mikie" Shelby, 19, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Jan. 6. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, noon until 4 p.m., at Lakeview Baptist Church, 15 Gooch Road, Tiptonville, Tenn. Mikie enjoyed four-wheeling with his cousins and playing his guitar. He is survived by his mother, Celena Gatlin of Mississippi; his father, Bruce Shelby of Savannah; sisters, Tiffney Shelby and Jessica Qualls, both of Savannah; brothers, T.J. Franks of Savannah and Alex Shelby of Waynesboro; and grandparents and other relatives.
