Margie S. Britt, 55, of Adamsville, died Saturday, Oct. 22.

She was born in Madison County, Tenn., the daughter of the late James Edward Margie and Marie Hall Moore. She was united in marriage to Larry Gene Britt, who survives.

Mrs. Britt was a homemaker.

Services were held on Monday, Oct. 24, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsville with Larry Holly officiating. Burial followed in the Chapel Hill Cemetery at Henderson County, Tenn.

In addition to her husband, Larry, she is survived by a son, James Jeremiah Moore of Friendship, Tenn.; four daughters, Angela Marie Lucas Britt of Russellville, Ala., Maria Michelle Merryman of Savannah, Heather Renee Britt of Counce and April Lynn Dornan of Leapwood, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Jimmy Moore of Henderson, Tenn.; three sisters, Billie Taylor of Spring Creek, Tenn., Shirley Coble and Betty Tucker, both of Bruceton, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sabrina Jean Britt.
