Ken Turnbow

Ken Turnbow, 70, of Adamsville, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, in Jackson, Tenn.

He was born in McNairy County, the son of the late Linas Quinton and Lydia Johnson Turnbow. He was united in marriage to Beverly Ash, who survives.

Mr. Turnbow was owner and operator of Ken’s Custom Shutters. He was a member of the Southern Heritage Motorcycle Club.

Services were held on Saturday, Aug. 7, at Christian Assembly Pentecostal Church of Adamsville with W.D. McCollum, Billy White officiating. Burial was in Morris Chapel Cemetery.

In addition to his wife Beverly Turnbow of Adamsville, he is survived by three sons, Jimmie of Adamsville, James Kenneth of Nesbit, Miss., and Kevin Turnbow of Southaven, Miss.; adopted kids, Matt and Amy Oakley of Adamsville; six grandchildren; five sisters, Alvine Boyd of Adamsville, Wanda Cromwell of Savannah, Ann McFalls of Sharon, Tenn., Sue McCoullough of Morris Chapel, Peggy Carroll of Adamsville; a bro:her, Steve Turnbow of Adamsville.
