Kay Lambert

Kay English Lambert, 68, of Savannah, died Thursday, April 22.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Francis Ralph and Rita Geraldine Moffett English. She was united in marriage to Rayburn Lambert, who survives.

Mrs. Lambert was a member of the United Pentecostal Church and had worked on the assembly line for Brown Shoe Company for approximately 17 years.

Services were held on Sunday, April 25, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Dennis Moffett, Rev. Gerald Davis, Donnie Allen officiating. Burial was in the Morris Chapel Cemetery at Morris Chapel.

In addition to her husband Rayburn Lambert of Savannah, she is survived by two sons, Lee Pickett of Atoka, Tenn. and Bobby Pickett of Memphis; a step-daughter, Brenda Ticer of Savannah; a step-son, Johnny Lambert of Lugoff, S.C.; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Pat Jordan of Counce and Linda Wilkerson of Birmingham, Ala.
