Juanita Jane Murphy Barham, 62, of Lexington, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 29 in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Juanita is survived by her husband, Barry Barham; two sons, Blake Freshour and Christopher Freshour; stepdaughter, Jenny Allen; stepson, Craig Barham; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Lewis, two stepfathers, Theo Lewis and Hubert Helms; and brother, Wayne Murphy.
Funeral services were held at Reed’s Chapel, in Decaturville, Tennessee on Tuesday, October 7, with Zach Todd officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
