Joey Duke (10-30-14)

Joseph David (Joey) Duke, of Waynesboro, was born Nov. 22, 1979, in Florence, Alamaa, the son of James Douglas and Shelane Boyd Duke of Waynesboro, who survive.
He was united in marriage to Brandy Nicole Dulin on Oct. 15, 2005, and was a welder/fabricator with American Creative Solutions in Savannah.
Mr. Duke departed this life on Thursday, Oct. 30, at his home at the age of 34 years, 11 months, 8 days.
Other than his parents, he is survived by his wife, Brandy Nicole Dulin Duke; brothers, Jason Daniel Duke and wife Jennifer and Doug Duke and wife Kelly, all of Waynesboro; his grandparents, J.A. and Bobbie Sue Boyd of Florence, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Carwin Dewey and Avie Ola Duke. His remains were cremated at his family’s request. Memorial donations may be given to the Ronald McDonald House.
