Jimmy Middleton Jimmy Middleton, of Olive Hill, was born in Lauderdale County, Ala., on Dec. 3, 1944, the son of the late I.J. and Katie Glover Middleton. On Jan. 29, 1966, he was united in marriage to Geneva Mae Lowe, who survives. Mr. Middleton was a truck driver for Gibbs Trucking Company in Crump for 12 years and was the pastor of Mt. Calvary Full Gospel Church in Olive Hill, Tenn., for more than 25 years. He lived in the Hardin County area for most of his life. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and loved being outdoors. Mr. Middleton departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the age of 66 years, 2 months, 19 days. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Carol Middleton of Olive Hill; two sons, Jimmy Middleton Jr. and Paul Middleton and wife Tonya, all of Olive Hill; six grandchildren, Summer Garrett, Dewayne Middleton, Krystal Middleton, Amos Middleton, Bobbie Bratcher, and Brandi Bratcher; two great-grandchildren, Lillie Mae Garrett and Icorius Alan Garrett; three sisters, Bessie Franks of Olive Hill, Janie Dukes of Rainsville, Ala. and Christine Davis Sheffield, Ala.; two brothers, Arthur Middleton of Olive Hill and Ray Middleton of Savannah. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie Middleton; twobrothers, I.J. Middleton Jr. and Coy Dean Middleton. Services were held on Feb. 24, at 11 a.m., at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Larry Paul Rich officiating. Burial was in the Olive Hill Cemetery at Olive Hill, Tenn.
