Jerry Spencer (12-9-20) service 12-12-20

Jerry David Spencer, 68, of Adamsville, died on Wednesday, Dec. 9.

He was born in Savannah, the son of the late Willie K. and Mazie Irene Horton Spencer. He was united in marriage to Sandra Moore, who survives.

Mr. Spencer did mechanic work and woodworking. He was a member of River Heights Four Square Church.

In addition to his wife, Sandra Spencer of Adamsville, he is survived by his children, Chris Spencer and Holly Jones, both of Adamsville; three grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Spencer and Johnny Spencer; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Janice Wilbanks and Becky Bridges; and a brother, Billy Spencer.

Services were held on Saturday, Dec. 12, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Robert Howse officiating. Burial followed in Old Union Cemetery at Adamsville.
