Funeral services for Jerry Blade Milholen, age 18, are scheduled for 1 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 31, in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Mitchell Milholen officiating. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery.
Jerry passed away on Friday, Dec. 25, in Paragould, Arkansas.
Born July 17, 1997, in Jackson, Tennessee, Jerry was a volunteer firefighter for Station 3 in Lexington.
Jerry was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Dale Milholen; and grandparents, Lorene Milholen, Sammy Shubert and Linda Moody.
Survivors include his father, Dalewayne Milholen; mother, Kathy Ann Milholen (Terry Moody); grandparents, Clyde Dale Milholen (Evelyn), Deborah Shubert and Bennie A. Moody; brother, Joseph Kyle Gettings (Casey); sisters, Angel Dawn Ortiz (Juan Carlos) and Jennifer Kay Milholen; and a host of other family members.
