Jeanette Lackey Jeanette Elaine Lackey, 63, of Manchester, Tenn., died Friday, Jan. 21. She was born Aug. 6, 1947, to the late Ira and O’Neal Jones Lackey. She is survived by one son, Grady Blanton; two grandchildren, Stetson and Shelbi Blanton of Winchester, Tenn.; one sister, Brenda (Ronnie) Cagle of Savannah; and one half-brother, Robert (Melva) Blanton of Manchester, Tenn.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, W.T. "Bill" Blanton.
