Helen Whitaker (12-6-20)

Helen Farris Whitaker, 64, of Selmer, died on Sunday, Dec. 6, in Selmer.

She was born in Selmer, the daughter of the late Bill and Faye Lowe Whitaker. She was united in marriage to Ricky Whitaker, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Whitaker had worked for ITT in Corinth, Mississippi, and retired from GE in Selmer.

She is survived by a son, Brad Whitaker of Tiptonville, Tennessee; a sister, Vicky Carroll of Selmer; two nephews; and two great-nephews.

Private services were held with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer.
