Hardin County Fire Department Public Service Announcement

The Hardin County Fire Department issued an urgent public service announcement asking residents to refrain from burning brush or other materials due to the lack of rain that has caused severe dryness in the area. The department reports that while the county is not under a burn ban, they have a had a high call volume in the last two days of outdoor fires due to burning brush.  The department requests citizens not to conduct any burning until the area receives rain.
