Fannie Kathleen Fierce, 91, of Savannah died Sunday, Dec. 23.

She was born in Crump, daughter of the late James Franklin and Sarah Katherine Harris Ganus. She was united in marriage to Gilbert Giles Plunk, who preceded her in death. She was later united in marriage to Lloyd Leroy Fierce, who also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Fierce was a member of the United Pentecostal Church. While she lived in Peoria, Ill., she worked as an LPN in a nursing home.

Services were held on Friday, Dec. 28, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Jerry Gibbs, Michael Gibbs officiating. Burial followed in the Crump Cemetery.

She is survived by two sons, Buddy Jearl Plunk of Crump and David Earl Plunk of Adamsville; nine grandchildren; and a brother Evan Franklin Ganus of Morris Chapel.

She was also preceded in death by a great-grandchild.
