Connie Moore (7-11-18) service 7-14-18

Connie L. Moore, 70, of Morris Chapel, died on Wednesday, July 11.

He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Virgil and Mildred Flatt Moore. He was united in marriage to Tammy Hill, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Moore served in the National Guard. He was a sergeant for the Adamsville Police Department for 10 years and was a security officer for the paper mill for 20 years.

He is survived by his son, Stacey Moore of Morris Chapel; daughter, Crystal Gammon of Nashville; brother, Randy Moore of Adamsville; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Travis Moore.

Services were held on Saturday, July 14, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsville with Wade Austin officiating. Burial followed in Old Union Cemetery at Adamsville.
