Charles White

Charles Wayne White, 68, of Savannah, died Tuesday, Jan. 4.

He was born in Tyronza, Ark., the son of Helen Juanita Craven White and the late Warren David White.

Mr. White was an electrical lineman and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

Services were held on Friday, Jan. 7, at New Pleasant Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Savannah with Carl Copeland officiating. Burial was in the Hollands Creek Cemetery at Hardin County.

In addition to his mother, Helen White, he is survived by two daughters, Jessica Kala White and Keshia Juanita White, both of Savannah; two brothers, Burl Andrew and Ricky Earl White, both of Savannah; and one grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Loretta Fay Stricklin.
