Carey “Smiley” Turner (5-13-15) service 5-20-15

Carey Todd “Smiley” Turner, 51, of Counce, died on Wednesday, May 13.
He was born in Shelby County, Tennessee, the son of Thomas H. Turner and the late Ann Peete Turner. He was united in marriage to Teresa Fare, who survives.
Smiley, as he was known by all his friends, was a skilled electrician. He was a member of the Electrical Local Union 852 in Corinth, Mississippi.
In addition to his wife, Teresa, he is survived by his father, Thomas H. Turner; one step-daughter, Lacey Hammock;  one brother, Thomas H. Turner II; two sisters, Kimberly Ann Johnson and Tracey Ann Harlin.
Memorial services were held on Wednesday, May 20, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah.
Celebration of life memorial will be held at Viv’s Sports Bar and Grill on Saturday, May 23, at 6:30 p.m.
