Brenda Farris Robinson, 49, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, in Jackson, Tenn.

She was born in Savannah, the daughter of Claudine Farris Irons and the late Weldon Stackens. She was united in marriage to Frank Robinson, who survives.

Mrs. Robinson was a front desk supervisor at Lifespan. She had also worked for Mid-South, Elk Valley, the medical supply store in Selmer, McNairy County Hospital and Hardin Medical Center. She was a member of the Saint Mark Baptist Church in Savannah.

Services were held on Jan. 3, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Arthur Cunningham, Eddie Payne officiating. Burial was in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.

In addition to her husband, Frank, she is survived by her mother, Claudine Irons; a daughter, Kamela Arnold of Savannah; two sons, Jeremy Robinson of Savannah, DeMarcus Turner of Savannah; three grandchildren; six brothers, George Farris of Tuscumbia, Ala., Jide Irons of Muscle Shoals, Ala., Christopher Irons of Muscle Shoals, Ala., Terrence Farris of Russellville, Ala., Thomas Hayslett of Selmer, Weldon Stackens Jr.; seven sisters, Janice Burns of Savannah, Patrisha Westbrooks of Selmer, Beverly Prather of Shiloh, Teresa Stackens of Shiloh, Nellie Ruth Stackens of Shiloh, Mary Harris and Myra Tall; step-daughters, Clarissa Robinson and Melissa Robinson.
