Belinda Colbert

Belinda Christian Colbert, 63, of Savannah, died Thursday, March 22.

She was born in Sandusky, Ohio, the daughter of the late Daymon and Ann Hardin Christian. She was united in marriage to Gerald Colbert, who survives.

Mrs. Colbert was the district business leader for Doncaster. She had also been employed with Red Stone Arsenal–Army Intelligence, ITT in Jackson, Tenn., and Henco. She was a member the Savannah Church of Christ, Presidents Circle in Doncaster, and a former member of the Junior Auxiliary.

Services were held on Sunday, March 25, at Savannah Church of Christ in Savannah, with Jim Chamblee, David Baker, and Howard Rogers officiating. Burial followed in the Savannah Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Colbert of Savannah; and numerous family members.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, W.T. Christian.
