Alice Davis Alice Blackstock Davis, 93, of Savannah, died Sunday, Oct. 3, at the Hardin Medical Center. She was born in Chester County, Tenn., the daughter of the late James W. and Corda Hollins Blackstock. She was united in marriage to Cleatis Davis, who preceded his wife in death. Mrs. Davis worked for Brown Shoe Company. She was a member of Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Tommy Grisham, Rev. Ronnie White, Tony Polk officiating. Burial was in the Milledgeville Cemetery. She is survived by one son, Ted Davis of Dallas, Texas; and two daughters, Brenda Pickens of Hammond, Ind., and Nancy Alexander of Savannah; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Jean Blackstock of Milledgeville. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Bill and Bobby Davis; two sisters, Agnes Davis and Lorene Johnson; and three brothers, Albert, Joe and Thomas Blackstock.
