AMENDED ORDER ALLOWING SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION

IT APPEARING TO THE COURT from the sworn Petition filed in this cause that the whereabouts of the Respondents, BREANNA MONDAY and BRANDON CAMPBELL, are presently unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon them.  Therefore, this Order of Publication should be published in The Courier newspaper located in Savannah, Hardin County, Tennessee, as the best possible notice to the Respondents under the circumstances.

Respondents, BREANNA MONDAY and BRANDON CAMPBELL, are hereby required to appear and file an answer with Martha Smith, Clerk and Master of the Hardin County Chancery Court, Hardin County Courthouse, 465 Main Street, Savannah, Tennessee, or otherwise defend against the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption of a Related Child, and to serve an answer to said Petition by July 20, 2018, which is at least thirty (30) days from the last day of publication of this notice, and send a copy of said answer to Chadwick G. Hunt, Attorney for Petitioners in this cause, whose address is 450-A Main Street, Savannah, Tennessee 38372, or default judgment will be entered against the Respondents, BREANNA MONDAY and BRANDON CAMPBELL, and this cause set for hearing in the Chancery Court of Hardin County, Tennessee sitting in the Hardin County Courthouse in Savannah, Tennessee, ex parte as to Respondents, BREANNA MONDAY and BRANDON CAMPBELL.

If there is no answer, a hearing on Petitioner’s Motion for Default shall be heard on August 7, 2018.  Failure to appear may result in termination of Respondents’ parental rights of the minor child referenced above and the subsequent adoption of said child by Petitioners, ARVIL MONDAY and wife, MOLLIE MONDAY.
