Zachary Alan Casteel, 27, of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, May 1, the son of Paul Casteel and Donna Beckham.
He is survived by his beloved dog Mia; father, Paul Casteel; mother, Donna Beckham; sisters, Sarah McLin and Rosie Brown; and stepsister, Tabitha Anderson. Zach is also survived by his girlfriend, Alyssa Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Doug Casteel, and grandparents Mazie and Vernon Hunt; and grandmother, Linda Casteel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Zach by spending time outdoors, helping someone in need, or attending church in his memory.
Services were held on Tuesday, May 6, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah, with Brad Bain officiating. Burial followed at Campground Cemetery in Savannah, Tennessee.
