Shirley Hinkle (1-14-22) service 1-21-22

Shirley Hinkle, 66, of Savannah, died on Friday, Jan. 14, in Jackson, Tennessee.

She was born in Horton, Michigan, the daughter of the late Henry Cornelius and Bertha Mae Irish Carney. She was united in marriage to Mike Hinkle, who survives.

Mrs. Hinkle worked at K&M Market in Savannah as a cashier.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Hinkle of Savannah; daughters, Sonya Sanson of Savannah, Sandi Martin of Savannah, Nichole Lee Hinkle of Bradenton, Florida, and Billie Jo Tuttle of Miskegon, Michigan; sisters, Mary Keirns of Savannah and Karen Hoath of Michigan; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a nephew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew; and a grandchild.

Services were held on Friday, Jan. 21, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah with Chad Ball officiating. Burial followed in Neill Cemetery at Savannah.
