Sharon Ness

Sharon McCain Ness, 74, of Counce, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, the daughter of the late Jessie McCain and Bessie Brown Welker.
She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Larry A. Ness, who preceded her in death.
She attended Center Hill Baptist Church in Counce.
She is survived by her son, Terry Ness and, Keith Black, who she regarded as a son; two grandchildren; brother, Coolidge (Pete) McCain; and sisters, Juywonia Kennedy and Regenia Robertson.
In addition to her parents and husband, Sharon was preceded in death by her sister, Mable (Candy) McCain.
Memorial services were held on Sunday, January 11, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Mr. Keith Driskell officiating. Burial followed at Center Hill Cemetery in Counce.
