Mary Rose Yeager Weaver Stricklin, 77, of Adamsville, died Monday, Jan. 31, at Savannah Healthcare in Savannah.

She was born in Leoma, Tenn. the daughter of Howard Johnson and Essie Beatrice Thomas Yeager. She was united in marriage to Grady Lee Stricklin, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Stricklin was a retired seamstress. She was self-employed as a seamstress and retired from Kay Windsor Manufacturing. She was a member of Abrams United Methodist Church.

Services were held on Wednesday, Feb. 2, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Tommy Jack Worley, Chad Balentine officiating. Burial was in the Lutts Cemetery.

She is survived by one son, Terry Lynn Weaver of Savannah; three daughters, Lesa Elaine Weaver Littrell of Columbia, Tenn., Starla Jolene Weaver Shaw of Adamsville and Cathy Lou Stricklin Clement of Savannah; 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sons, Anthony Keith and Gary Douglas Weaver; one sister, Evelyn Sides; and four brothers, Joe, Jim, Charlie and Seth Yeager.
