Lya Hope Croswait (9-23-11) services 9-28-11

Lya Hope Croswait was born in Madison County, Tenn., on Sept. 22, 2011, the daughter of Jimmy Lee and Chantil Sue Sheppard Croswait.

Lya Hope departed this life on Friday, Sept. 23, at the age of 1 day.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Jamia Cay and Jasmine Lynn Croswait both of Lexington, Tenn.; grandparents, James Everette Croswait Sr. and Connie Jean Croswait of Sardis, Tenn., Johnny Lee Patterson and Rebecca Sue Carter of Adamsville; great grandmother, Eunice Croswait of Sardis, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Lee Croswait Jr.

Services were held on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at Shackelford Funeral Home in Adamsville in Adamsville. Burial followed in the Adamsville Cemetery.
