John Fredrick Harrison Jr., 54, of Savannah, died on Sunday, July 15, in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born in Memphis, the son of the late John Fredrick, Harrison Sr. and Johnnie Mae Sims Harrison.
He loved people, especially all his friends, caregivers and extended family at his group home in Jackson, Tennessee.
He is survived by his siblings, Toy Keeton of Zion, Illinois, Lynette Harrison of Corinth, Mississippi, Janette Meliet of New Orleans, Louisiana, Sherria Lee Mooneyhan and Shellia Fitts, both of Savannah; numerous nieces and nephews; and his stepmother, Frankie Harrison of Savannah.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Dianna Williams.
Services were held on Wednesday, July 18, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with James Fitts officiating. Burial followed in Savannah Cemetery at Savannah.
