Golbern Bryant Jr.

Golbern M. Bryant Jr., 73, of Adamsville, died Tuesday, May 18.

He was the son of the late Golbern M. Sr. and Margaret Lindsey Bryant. He was united in marriage to Virginia Baker, who survives.

Mr. Bryant was a setup operator and cutter for Federal Paperboard. He was Pentecostal in belief.

Services were held Friday, May 21, at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel of Adamsville with Gene Hanna officiating. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery near Adamsville.

In addition to his wife, Virgina Bryant of Adamsville, he is survived by a daughter, Kathy Stilley of Elkhart, Ind.; a son, Timothy Bryant of Middleburg, Ind.; four step-daughters, Debra Davis, Shelby Cook and Rhonda Bishop, all of Elkhart, Ind., and Susan Humphrey of Bristol, Ind.; a stepson, Gary Mullins of Constine, Mich.; two sisters, Kathern Brundige of Greenwood, Ark., Joyce Bryant of Hemitt, Calif.; a brother, Donald Bryant of Adamsville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Mullins; three brothers, J.C., Dayton and J.E. Bryant.
