For just $5, submit a Love Note limited to 50 words or less.

Want to add a personal touch? For $15, include a photo (1.5 inch x 2 inch) with your Love Note.

Make sure to keep your message within the word limit and follow the guidelines for photo submissions.

Submission deadline is Monday, Feb. 5 at noon.
