Eula Mae Melson

Eula Mae Melson, 81, of Savannah, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 22, in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Raze and Azlee White Middleton. From a young age, Eula Mae was raised by her grandparents, the late Will and Ocie Eula White.
She was united in marriage to Buddy Lee Melson, who preceded his wife in death.
Mrs. Melson was a member of Shady Grove Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Charles Lee Melson, Teresa Hughes, Bobby Melson, Amy Sharp, Danny Melson, and Randy Melson; siblings, Wanda Evans, Roger Middleton, Anthony Middleton, Renee Eddings, and Edward Middleton; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, parents, and grandparents, Eula Mae was preceded in death by her sisters, Peggy Wilbanks, Charlotte Morris, and Sue Melton; and granddaughter, Stormy Haynes.
Memorial services were held on Friday, Dec. 27, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial followed at Mt. Hermon Cemetery in Savannah.
