David Wallace (1-26-10) services 1-28-10

David Wallace, 57, of Savannah, died Tuesday, Jan. 26.

He was born in St. Clair County, Ala., the son of the late James Leroy and Willie Mae Castleberry Wallace.

Mr. Wallace had worked for Wilbanks Construction.

Services were held on Thursday, Jan. 28, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Rannie Moore officiating. Burial was in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.

He is survived by four daughters, Sherry Renee Qualls, Mary Faye Scott, both of Savannah, Melissa Ann Wallace of Camp Winnataska, Ala. and April Lathem of Alabama; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Earnestine Wallace of Moody, Ala. and Ann Clark of Pell City, Ala.; a brother, Danny Ray Wallace of Moody, Ala.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ed Wallace.
