Buddy Mabry Buddy Mabry, 66, of Savannah, died Tuesday, May 31, at the Baptist Hospital in Memphis. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Jack and Alene Austin Mabry. He was united in marriage to Linda Kay Barker, who survives. Mr. Mabry was a millwright for PCA, where he was a member of Steel Workers Local Union 978. He was a United States Army Veteran of Vietnam. Mr. Mabry was a member of National Street Rod Association, Vintage Chevrolet Club of America, American License Plate Collectors Association, VFW, Historical Society, Woodmen of the World and was of Baptist belief. A graveside service was held on June 2, at the Memory Gardens in Savannah, with Howard Rogers, Jim Chamblee, Adam Coleman officiating. In addition to his wife, Linda of Savannah, he is survived by one daughter, Cindy Coleman of Savannah; two grandchildren; one sister, Ann Phillips of Henderson, Ky.; and one brother, Bobby Mabry of Adamsville; several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Teddy Jack Mabry; and two sisters, Mary Catherine Ford Horton and Jane Lowry.
