Bobby Ray Maness, 93, of Counce, passed away on Sunday, October 12, the son of the late Ural and Zellia Maness.
He was united in marriage to Virginia Faye Chandler, who survives.
Bobby served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. After serving in the military he became the owner and operator of Auto Buyers, located in Memphis, Tennessee. Bobby was a Master Mason of 70 years at the Henderson Lodge #485. He was also a member of Enville Methodist Church in Enville, Tennessee.
In addition to his wife of 32 years, Virginia; he is survived by his daughter, Mitzi Maness; sons, Mick Maness and Mitch Maness; stepdaughter, Kim Brewer; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Enville Methodist Church.
Memorial services were held on Thursday, October 16, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah, with Paul Childers and Bro. Conder officiating. Burial followed at Woodlawn Cemetery in Enville, Tennessee.
