Bobby Cornelius Sr. Bobby Orliss Cornelius Sr., 69, of Parsons, Tenn., died Thursday, March 17, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Private family services. In addition to his wife Judy, he is survived locally by a daughter, Cynthia Phillips of Savannah.
