    Donation Drive! Cheeseburger, Chips, and drink $5 and vegetarian burgers are available upon request. Adoptions start at $10.  Volunteers also needed to help with the event and to walk dogs.

    Join Ranger Timothy Arnold as he follows the path of General Albert S. Johnston’s soldiers near the Confederate right flank. Two mile hike and hikers should bring water, sunscreen, bug repellent, and wear clothing appropriate for the weather.

    Jazz concert, Junior Ranger booth with kids activities and unveiling of folk art project to celebrate the National Park Service’s 106th Birthday. Concert goers are encouraged to bring picnic baskets, and lawn chairs or blankets. Junior Ranger booth activities are from noon to 5 p.m., concert starts at 5:30 p.m.
