    First night of the city’s annual downtown holiday celebration. Christmas on Main will kick-off with the tree lighting at Courthouse Square. There will be a variety of activities including ice skating, train rides, photo opportunities with Santa and other characters, horse carriage rides and movies at Savannah’s Historic Theater at 7 p.m. All events are free. There will also be food and beverage vendors offering their goods for sale.

  • 2022 Kids’ Christmas Program

    Shiloh National Military Park, Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center
    Join Ranger Laura Lee McKellips to learn more about the letters that Civil War soldiers sent home during Christmas time. Every year the kids make an ornament that they can take home to show their families, but we are changing it up. This year the kids will make Christmas cards for sailors who are currently deployed on the USS Shiloh. The park will mail out the letters the following week.
    There is no age limit and no registration, just show up and make a card.
    If you have questions, please contact the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center at 662-287-9273.
