Elsie Beckham Luse

Elsie Lee Beckham Luse, 97, of Adamsville, passed away on Friday, Sept. 23.
She was born on Dec. 11, 1924, in Olive Hill, Tennessee and is the daughter of the late Arthur E. Beckham and Clonie Bell Franks Beckham.
Ms. Luse was an original founder of Olive Hill Baptist Church. She was a hard working lady at any task she took on. Her best job however, was a caregiver to all. She loved helping and giving.
She is survived by her son, Lee Eldon; daughter-in-law, Betty Luse; grandsons, Jon Kramer and Kaylean Luse; great-grandson, Solomon Eli Luse; three stepgrandchildren; seven stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and many other family members.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Gladys Harville and Jimmie Woods; brother, JW Beckham; and great-grandsons, Waylon Jai and Wyatt Charles Luse.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Oct 1, at 1 p.m., at Old Union Church in Adamsville. Fellowship on the church grounds will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of her name to Old Union Church.
