Samuel Geery Young, 70, of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 15. He is the son of the late Cecil C. Young and Veneal Hubbard Gates.
He was united in marriage to Ann Young, who preceded her husband in death.
Mr. Young worked in construction for the state of Florida.
He is survived by his brother, Danny Young; and sister, Barbara Devaul.
