Clifton Rotary Club hosting 40th annual Horseshoe Bend Festival on Sept. 10

The Clifton Rotary Club hosts the 40th annual Horseshoe Bend Festival at the new stage in Clifton, across from City Park near the Tennessee River, on Saturday, Sept. 10.

Starting at noon, activities include craft vendors, hot air balloon rides, face painting, bouncy houses, Star Wars characters, a variety of food vendors, a beer and wine garden, and entertainment. Admission and parking are free for this event.

The 2022 line-up includes:

•6-8 p.m. –7 Bridges Band (sevenbridgesband.com) is known for covering songs by The Eagles among other great artists.

•8-10 p.m. – Alex Miller (alexmillercountry.com) is a singer/songwriter and guitar player featured on Season 19 of American Idol and who appeared at the Grand Ole Opry. Miller carries on the traditions of bluegrass music and country music.

•10 p.m.-midnight – Stretta strettaband.com) is a popular band who brings fun to the dance floor. Most recently, they played at Flounders in Gulf Breeze, Florida for Blue Angels weekend.
