Barbara Sanders (5-24-22) service 5-28-22

Barbara Williams Sanders, 76, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, May 24, in Savannah.
She was born in Wayne County, the daughter of the late Waco and Eddie Flippo Williams. She was united in marriage to Roy J. Sanders, who survives.
Mrs. Sanders worked as a spot welder for Mallory, Inc.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Melissa Staggs of Waynesboro; son, Jeff Berry of Clifton; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Joyce Dixon of Waynesboro, Sandra Williams of Alburndale, Florida, Diane Riley of Estill Springs, Tennessee, Pam Askins of Fortson, Georgia, and Teresa Kinsey of Sheffield, Alabama; brothers, Billie Williams and Mikie Williams, both of Waynesboro, Jimmy Williams of Grenada, Mississippi, and Terry Williams of Talladaga, Alabama.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lamar and Thomas Williams; and sisters, Mary Dikey and Margaret Anderson.
Services were held on Saturday, May 28 at Wesley’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Savannah with Jason Estes officiating. Burial followed at Wesley’s Chapel Church Cemetery at Savannah.
