Billy Dennis (4-16-22) service 4-20-22

Billy Dennis, 77, of Savannah, died on Saturday, April 16.
He was born in Savannah, the son of the late Ed and Swannie Grimes Dennis. He was united in marriage to Winda Rich, who survives.
Mr. Dennis was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and Woodmen of the World. He had worked part-time at First Farmers CO-OP as a gas pump attendant and retired from Savannah Utility Department.
In addition to his wife, Winda Dennis of Savannah, he is survived by his children, Eddie Dennis and Kim Hammock; three grandchildren; a brother, Mike Dennis; and sisters, Lucille Hosey and Ruby Majors.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James “Pete” Dennis; and a sister, Ella Linville.
Services were held on Wednesday, April 20, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Artie Rivers officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Hermon Cemetery at Savannah.
